Laëtitia Boidin

Specialty: International business law

Laëtitia Boidin is a member of the Paris Bar, specializing in art market law, copyright and the cultural sectors. Senior Counsel at Cabinet Neuer, she joined Jean-Jacques Neuer in 2005, while actively involved in public interest projects. This commitment has led her to contribute to major cultural initiatives for various cultural institutions.

With an MBA in international business law and taxation, Laëtitia Boidin has in-depth expertise in corporate structures, endowment funds and foundations, as well as in M&A transactions, financing and financial engineering.

As an auditor at the Institut national du service public (INSP-promotion 2024), this program of excellence enabled her to deepen her knowledge of European public policy, the workings of European Union institutions, and the legal and economic issues linked to European integration, thus strengthening her ability to advise her clients in a European and international context.

 

Jean-Paul Laborde

Main working area : International crime law

As Roving Ambassador to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean in charge of countering terrorism, organized crime, and promoting the rule of law as well as lawyer of the Toulouse Court of Appeal, Jean-Paul Laborde has led a prestigious diplomatic, judicial and academic career.  In the international criminal law field, he served, inter alia, as United Nations Senior Advisor on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice in Vienna and then as Assistant Secretary General and Counter Terrorism Executive Director at the United Nations Security Council in New York. In the French Judiciary, he was successively Investigating Judge, Public Prosecutor, Head of the Inspectorate of French Prison Services, Presiding Judge of a Division at the Aix-en-Provence’s Court of Appeal, Justice of the Court of Cassation (Financial and Commercial Division then Criminal Division). He is Associate Professor and Director of the Center of Expertise on Counter Terrorism, holder of the Cyber Defense / Cyber Security Chair at the Special Military School of St Cyr Coëtquidan, and Associate Professor of International Criminal Law at the Catholic Institute of Higher Studies. Jean-Paul Laborde works in cooperation with Cabinet Neuer.
